ICT Education / Empowerment
Ahmi School System was an early adopter of Coding and Robotics education, run in-house rather than through a third-party vendor. STEM, Coding & Robotics launched school-wide from the 2023/2024 session, and Computer Studies was upgraded and renamed Digital Technologies — now compulsory for every student.
- Structured curriculum covering programming languages, robotics concepts and hands-on projects
- Age-graded group projects — e.g. Class 6/Class 7 studying the history of robotics
- Tablet-based Scratch and Micro:bit MakeCode classes
- A push for every student to have personal computer access, both for coding practice and because BISE Lahore has moved to full CBT
Our programme has been publicly showcased in promotional material — including a student confidently explaining a Python script — as a real example of the programme's results.
